What Can I Expect on my first Visit?
PARKING
Most of our members and visitors park along the streets and enter through the main front entrance. There are a few accessible parking spots in the rear of the building via the alley. Ramps lead into the main auditorium and restrooms.

SERMONS
Pastor Schopf preaches with precision and passion – we are blessed to be so well-fed (preview sermon archive here). The preaching and teaching at Lighthouse centers on expositional, verse by verse, study through particular books of the Bible, with real life application.
MUSIC
Using the musical gifts of those in our church body, we enjoy worshipping God and exhorting each other through a variety of time-tested, substantive hymns, as well as the wealth of rich modern hymns written in recent decades, all sung in largely traditional styling. Indivdual or group special numbers are incorportated from young and old alike!
SPECIAL EVENTS
We keep busy! The first Sunday of the month, we enjoy a potluck lunch following the morning service. Game night once a month is also an LBC favorite! Through the years, we’ve established many annual events such as summer bike rides, a Fall Hike, Harvest Festival, Winter Banquet, as well as concerts & seminars on occasion.
FAMILY ATMOSPHERE
We love being together! It’s not uncommon for after-service fellowship to last 45 minutes + after the service ends. And throughout the week, LBC friends will often get together off-line. We learn, we laugh, we cry, we pray, we fellowship…together!
